hi,
Is there a converter to convert pac -> pcs?
some of my textures work as pcs but then i decided to try pac and now it doesn't work.

Get ASH, run step1 on the pac, and run step2 without changing anything. If asked whether you want to include any textures, always say no. That will give you a pcs.

Look at any of my guides that uses "ntcompress". It will show you how to make a .pac a .pcs.
