Would it be a bad thing to be on 2 texture hacking teams? I don't exactly want to leave the one I'm on, but another team is accepting new members, the team I like the most...
I don't know what to do here...

You could be on 2 teams, but you would have to be updating only on 1 teams page. Also ask your team if its ok with them.

There's no set guideline for this. Ask the team you're on if they're OK with you being on two. If they are, great. If not, choose.

He's not. Oizen is. I sorta am; I'm a member of SS, but I'm an admin here. I don't publish any textures here, though.
