New Metroid game won it for me. Finally a story for Samus. Some of her moves remind of how Ryu or Kratos from GOW finishes off some opponents.
I'm also looking forward to Super Mario Bros wii. It's just me but I always wanted to see Mario and Luigi do co-op and not in a taking turns kind of way. I find it funny that that game was the first to be presented. It's like "Here's Mario! Good, now we have their attention."
For M$, I'm mostly looking forward to Modern Warfare 2 and Halo ODST, mainly because they're bringing back the pistol from Halo 1.
Being a huge Metal Gear fan, I'll probably buy a used psp for portable op and the new mgs.

Halo: Reach was also mentioned. Having read the novel about the fall of Reach, I'm pretty excited about that one.

I missed mostly everything, so my opinion is mostly based on what people have talked about.
So the Big N, you screwed hardcore gamers last year, so let's start with you...
SMG2 is a winner (SMG is one of my favorite Wii games, and Yoshi is the only reason I allow Super Mario Sunshine to live)
Metroid in the hands of team Ninja? Well Retro Studios, a previously unknown company to me, did an epic job with MP3, and Team Ninja (assuming the don't "Dead or Alive" ZSS's breasts) should be able to impress me.
Wiimotionplus is an appreciated hardware fix, Microsoft should take a page from your book.
Sony is a genius. Modnation looks awesome, and motion control based on a camera: genius.
Microsoft: Yeah, Yeah, Halo, Natel, and MGS. Big Woop. You still get the Red Ring of Death and have a box on the power cord that could be its own console.

Well it sure feels shocking to find out that two Super Mario titles are being developed.
As a matter of fact, I've played and completed their predecessors, so it'll be interesting to see what's in store for those upcoming titles.

In E3, they announced Project Natal for XBOX360. That is so awesome. I want to get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You could play games like the wii but without the wiimote. But sadly you can tdo it for wii.

I was never for Super Mario Galaxy, but the second looks promising. I'm upset that there was no Kirby related news. Halo ODST looks good though.
