JUST SO YOU KNOW, THIS IS JUST A THOUGHT. I DON"T KNOW EXACTLY HOW PICS WORK, SO DON'T PISS ME OFF SAYING THAT I'M WRONG.
Now that that is over, I begin my theory.
I was looking over bin2jpg and I noticed something. When you convert a pic, a bin.out and the jpg pops out. I looked at the bin.out and I thought, "doesn't lz77ex rename stuff to that?"
Then I looked at the jpg. If the bin.out works like I said it did, then the jpg is like the folders you get from a pac file.
So in my head it goes like this. bin->lz77exed->binout->extracted like a pac->jpg
A day later I found VILE's item guide. The ending interested me.
It involved using ssbbinsert and ntcompress to bring the files back into the pac.
So in my head to bring jpgs into bin it would go like this. jpg->ssbbinserted into random bin.out>-unfinished bin->ntcompressed->bin
Would this work? Hopefully my theory is true. I would test this out but I'm not going to be at my home computer in a while.
Post your thoughts and helpful discoveries here.

BIN snapshots have already been made, for loading codes. I theory you should be able to do the same, but with a .jpg file. Why would you want to put snapshot files into brawl?

It could be cool, its also useful for WAD's and the like. Um, would ntcompress work??

Ah ok. I can try testing it tomorrow, I know the code to use ntcompress basically so I can see if it works (I got brick protection with bootmii so no matter what I should be good).
