Normal Menu's

On my ISO copy, I have the follwoing:

menu/main/MenuMain_en.pac and MenuRules_en.pac

However, no matter how I edit them, they don't seem to work. Why is this and what can I do to fix it??

Oh and yes, I normally name the MenuMain.pac and MenuRules.pac, but I have tried with both the _en and without in the same directory just to make sure.

Are you getting the same error as me? It was something like "0 is not to the power of 2"
No one kind of understood what I ment, but how am I ment to edit the stage select screen to match the stages I put in with errors everywhere
