Replacing Music in SSE

I just wanted to know before anything, if it is possible to change the music in the Subspace Emissary Stages without causing any sort of glitches or crashing. For example, the first battle between Mario and Kirby has the Menu(Melee) song (I think) but the battle music follows the music in the videoclip. Will it cause any trouble or it will just sound weird? Many people recommend to delete the videos from the ISO, but I want to keep them, so I was also wondering if that's possible or I can't burn the whole ISO in a DVD.

Iunno, because if you wait at the screen, the music continues on. Makes me think either the music in the video is from the normal music, or the music while battling on the stadium carries over from the vid (Making it uneditable).

I say try it and see what happens.

Actually, if anyone who has replaced songs that are also played in the subspace emissary, could answer me this:
Do you hear that new song while playing in the SSE?
