Anyone kind enough to upload all the character effects? i have an unfinished brawl ISO. and i cant extract it for some reason.
And can you upload the common3_en.pac also?

I can but I need something. I need to know how to edit them fully. Someone edited Pit's arrow but neither can be edited for me in ASH. Tell me and they are as good as up  If not, I'll upload them a bit later. |

VILE says to follow his final smash guide but apply it to character effects.

Well editing effects is exactly the same as editing some of the FS's. However, some of the characters effects are located in different areas than others.
