many sound files have two channels (stereo) You have to convert to/save as a single channel (mono) sound file. and this takes place when i extract them from wiiscrubber, right?

You save your sound file as a mono 16 bit PCM file when you edit it. I use goldwave. Nero has one out, and there are many other programs that do this. I think even soud recorder in your accessories can do that.

You don't actually edit the file that you extract. You open up whatever song you want in the game. You use a sound editing program to convert it to a .wav file that has one audio channel (mono) and is 16 bit PCM format. Once you do that, you convert it to DSP format using DSPadPCM.

Alright guys, I'm currently working on making properly looped sound tracks, and not just tracks that repeat from beginning to end. If I can get it to work, it's going to be an add on to the guide, however, I'm only going to do it for Goldwave.

yeah i even did it again just in case I also even put em into the system folder(Not system 32 but theyre in there too) and i even put em in the tools folder. try putting all of the audio folder from the dev kit into your Tools folder. Sorry, I can't find this audio folder... Where is located, please? I'm stuck at that point, stupid Windows Vista... xD If nothing strange happens, then my first project is Gusty Garden - Super Mario Galaxy, and so I will have my own music thread, hehe. But for now, I can't do nothing without your help. -.-U

If you haven't already installed Perl, do so by following the link, which in turn will supply you with a link on where to get ActivePerl. Afterwards, download the special BRSTM-making pack, and go from there. Hope that helps some.
