Here's the files.

I dont think the problem is the files tho, so if you can throw them onto a common3.pac, that means the problem is on my end.

Aren't you supposed to insert the 023.pac or whatever into 003.pac, then insert 003 into common3?
Actually... 023 is the Freezie, so you should be inserting it into 025 if that's the Red Shell...

I'll try that, thanks a lot.
EDIT: Worked like a charm. The instructions that I was following that were posted in somebody else's guide were wrong. Dead wrong. I'm gonna tell him to fix it, but in the meantime, thank you very much!

Ah, the joys of complications ^_^ I'm making a list of the alternating PAC #s for personal use. I'm doing this as I edit items, but will post a confirmed (possibly complete list) later on. Its nice to have something to rely on, given that its written on paper...erm, Notepad. It would go as follows:
[original file name](nameofitem) = [new file name]
EX: 024.PAC (Hammer) = 026.PAC *The new file name being the name that should be inserted through CMD for their respective item. In this case, we changed 024.PAC to 026.PAC in order for the CMD to apply the custom Hammer texture to the proper item (hammer, obviously).

Basically, take the list on the front page when you extract it. When you insert it, re-number the list on the front page, but skip 010, 019, 027, and 062.
