I don't get the other clue. Does the character the texture is of have a different ability and name to the brawl character their on but they share the same hat?
any more hints?

they both have the same ABILITY hat, but they have different names and attacks, though one was given a little of the other in one game

I'm guessing eletric kirby, or fire kirby since they have the same crown.
EDIT: I got it. It's fighter Kirby with a red headband, or blue headband. One of those.
