If it's Kadaj by Poxag marth texture then it isn't close to Sephiroth but at least I was looking for the tunic to be grey with his hair white.

My main issue right now is I don't know how to get the programs working for me to make my own textures. However, one texture I have really been wanting is a Nazi Zero Suit Samus.

Texture picture: Suit, Face

I have those in higher quality if anyone is willing to help me out by making those into a real texture. Looking forward to beating her up with Obama Falcon.
