"Unrecognizable file type" leads to "The image you provided isn't valid."
And let's not forget : "The image you provided doesn't have an indexed pallette." I swear it does..
Yes I'm using ASH 2.2
EDIT: I checked the files again and apparently even though I added an alpha layer, when I save it, it gets removed or something. In the saving options, it allows me to add an alpha layer, but the option is always grayed out and wont let me select it.
...edit edit? : Hmm.. well... I can't explain it but I got a couple of the alpha layers on them now. Like, actually on them. I'll test it again. X__X

Wait... unrecognizable filetype?
Do you have a PSD in the folder? If so, move that somewhere else. --- Dunno why that causes issues... it doesn't happen with GIMP XCDs.

Sorry to bother you guys again with an infamous triple post, but I really think you guys should know that after I copy pasted the exact same files, and saved them with GIMP, it accepted it. I think you should note in your FAQ that apparently ASH doesn't accept Photoshop version CS2, or maybe photoshop at all. I don't know.
Either way I got it to work onscreen, and it looks epic. Thanks for all your help. Might post a few pictures later.

Thing is... ASH was made for photoshop. --- Hell, GIMP has the highest level of incompatibility with it (at least, with indexed images). --- Your situation is definitely... weird.
But, thanks for the update. --- I just think you should have a long talk with your computer about the consequences of drugs and unprotected sex.
