I'm doing an Ivysaur texture and I'm having problems with his bulb and leaf (+2). I'm not too sure how to do palettes and I looked a EE's guide and I didn't really get it. If someone could give me a quick walkthrough, it'd much appreciated.
Or alternatively, someone could do it for me (only has 2 different colours), I could upload and then you send it back.
Thanks in advance.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xsloet8AuK0&feature=channel_pageCheck around 3:05. It quickly shows how to index an image in GIMP (it's almost the same exact menu for Photoshop). --- Only thing I should point out is... if you use GIMP (or really, anything other than photoshop) for indexing "small pallet images" (eyes, that leaf, anything below about 72 colors) normal ASH will fail to use it properly. (If you know any perl... I could use some help porting over the pallet handling feature from CUPASH to ASH --- that would 100% fix it)
