The title speaks for itself. Any suggestions?

SD method?
Latest code? Good SD card? (...mine died on me recently, but got a nice shiny 2GB in place of my ol crappy 1GB...) Good textures? (They... ya know... work for other people --- but if you are using ASH... that shouldn't be an issue)
Basically, link me to some of your stuff... if it works for me, something is bad on your end. Then we can figure it out further from there.

I sent you a PM with a link to the Kirby texture I'm trying to use.

Tested and running fine. But... it appears to be a normal Kirby, no modifications.

It's supposed to be dark blue with greenish eyes. Something's definitely wrong. Did you make sure to wait for the texture to load?

Dunno what to say. Testing / unpacking shows a normal Kirby.

So I should go back and figure out what I did wrong?

Probably. --- Once you get the _new.pac / pcs... unpack it again (different folder, just in case --- so you don't lose your work) and see if it works (if it unpacks... it should play fine... usually)

I'm getting the error Invalid File Size when I try to unpack it.

I... don't... know...
Uhh... try re-extracting the original Kirby, copying over the edited images files, and try again. Might be a corrupt file in there somewhere... --- But, for all intents and purposes, ASH should not fail on Kirby.
