TPLx not doing anything(Stages)

Well, I decided I want to do stages and so I extracted all the way to the point of when I get the Tpl files. I use TPLx on them and it looks like it did it... But I don't receive anything. Help?

TPLx to create TGAs, correct? Are you putting each individual TGA file into a folder so that whenever you extract them, they don't overwrite each other?
...And are you sure you're trying to convert the correct TPL files? They normally pop up... somewhere in the place where you're converting, named as "tex#00_14.tga" or something rather.

You asked everywhere, I will answer you everywhere.
(More stage hackers = more retextured stages )

First use sbbextract on your stage.pac and your getting 3 .bin files
Drag 001.bin on lz77ex, rename it to 001.pac and put the file into your ASH folder.
Now use ASH to extract 001.pac and your getting the tga files straight away without the use of TPLx or any other programm! (It's quicker and automatically put the textures in correctly numbered folders too)

How do I change the stage folder back in to a pac file after I am done?

use TCSmake: get the tcs file
use TexConv: get the tpl file
hex the tpl files back into the renamed .out file (001.pac, rename it back to 001.bin.out), use NTcompress to get 001.bin again (use as command: ntcompress -l -o 001.bin -A4 001.BIN.out. in cmd linking to ntcompress) , hex it back into the original stage.pac

If you want to know how to hex the files back check out Pharrox/]EE['s guide and do it like you did it with character costumes in the "old days".
