Crap.
I thought I did everything right, but when I start the game up and click on the Brawl button (which brings me the the CSS), the game just freezes. Although, the music continues to play...weird.
Any help?

here I was, hyped with the sd loader. Until I loaded a stage and the songs didn't change It shouldn't be too difficult to add, right? Heh... I wouldn't ask that. --- Not unless you have the slightest understanding what the numbers within the code mean. my only understanding is that code-making is pretty messy. So yeah, I believe it'll take some time. But if replacing textures through SD loading was made possible, then it's a matter of time when they'll find out how to replace music, right?

Depending on which files you extracted, you should get the base files for the CSPs in a .tga format. They are the regular ones that are already in brawl, but you NEED them. I can't remember the exact steps, but when you have the CSP file (the .tga) you got of a texture hack, rename it to the one that's a base and put it in the correct folder. Then run step 2 for CUPASH and you should get your common5_en.pac and the other files. I would help you in more detail, but I'm tired and I'm going to bed soon. I may be willing to help some other time. That .brres is the actual CSP. It creates the .brres when you have all of the files you need. Be sure to include the commen5_en.pac in the right folder too. Btw, get into the stacksmash chat sometime and I'll help you even more. Tomorrow I have track though, and my friend is coming over after that for a sleep over, so maybe on Saturday sometime.

Wow nevermind it works but just not in game screen just the character select and contest why? Using the latest code / gct file from the front page? The version prior to this didn't "hook" soon enough to load that particular file (common5). Check the first page.

(01 == red wrist band) 2) Have you tried with both pcs and pac? (if you only have a pcs, you can use Lz77ex to make a pac --- drag and drop, then rename) 3) Do you have an NTSC-U copy of Brawl? (United States, Mexico, or Canada basically --- if not... the codes won't activate at the Gecko OS menu)

I think it should be noted that step 2 wont recognize any tga files that start with a capital letter.
