maybe im too noobish, but I have a PAL. I'm putting the GCT on the right folder, the textures on the right folder too, I load my game correctly but the textures won't load...what am I doing wrong? I need help on this ^^;

Did you enable cheats in the Gecko options before starting?
Does it say "cheat codes found... applying" when loading?
Do you like pie?

Did you enable cheats in the Gecko options before starting? Does it say "cheat codes found... applying" when loading? Do you like pie? Yes. I doubled checked the options and it says SD cheats - YES -It does say "SD cheat codes found" when loading correctly -And i love pie lol xD

Hm...
Can you rotate the camera 360 degrees around a character when pausing in a normal brawl?
If so... the cheats are working and there is some issues with your folder setup / file names --- if this is the case... could you take a screenshot of one of your character texture folders (with full location displayed).

Actually... now that I think of it... I'm not sure if the camera code is in the PAL gct (I didn't make that one).
Still the folder screenshot would be helpful.

sorry for double posting but i figured it! ^^ it was a single letter that was missing. In the folder there was that folder named RSBE, well all I had to do was to put a RSBP and it works now ^^ sorry for the trouble ^^;

Well, I'm not gonna lie, I'm starting to get a bit frustrated over the cps tga etc thing. I downloaded CUPAS( I got mine from the main website, and its under ash v2.3, just to let you know) and i got all the necessary files in there. But my first problem came to the "neededfiles/newfiles" part. Are you supposed to make those yourself, or does CUPAS? Also let it be known, I have the windows vista Anyway, say i make my own folders, and put everything in them yadda yadda. I click step 1 and it not only deletes my neededfiles/newfiles and everything inside them, it also says no files found. Okay then, so I decide not to make those folders, and just leave all my tga's and pac's in my CUPAS folder, no neededfiles or newfiles folder. It works, but i dont get anything that looks like what came up in picano's video. I get say certain texture parts like his sword, face, body a, b, and c. Idk if thats what your supposed to get. Gahh this whole process is confusing. I added textures to my game with ease, but when it comes to the cps's and cbs's, I just can't figure it out. And as much as I would want someone to do it for me, I really need to learn how to do it on my own for further use, you know? Maybe I'm just entirely over thinking this, I'm not sure, but I feel like the larges retard when it comes to this. Also, I dont plan on making my own tga's, I just download them for SD use, not the iso thing.

coltonyamato, from what you are saying... it sounds like you are trying to use CUPASH with something other than common5_en.pac (or charselmenu, or whatever the hell it is for PAL users) or somehow are using ASH instead (since I don't think you should even be able to extract a differently named file) So, follow these steps. 0) Start with a fresh CUPASH folder, nothing but the files / folders from the zip. 1) Put texconv/ntcompress in the main folder (alongside step1) 2) Put common5 inside of /neededfiles/ 3) Run step1... and wait ----- 4) Place new tgas (properly named, char#_big.tga, Luigi1_big.tga) in /newfiles/ 5) Run step2 6) Look inside /newfiles/ for new folders
