I did. but on a DVD+R. It didn't work on a DVD-R. but once I got my shrinked DVD9 iso on my DVD+R, I ripped it again, and I got a DVD5 iso that I can burn on a DVD-R.

Seems that this is the same problem for me, i sent you some questions on a pm but would you rather mind explaining me how to do this? Should i burn the iso on DVD+R without changing booktype, then rip that on my wii?

I sent you a PM. If it's useful to anyone, I'll just post that here. I used DVD Dump: ifile.it/tkmwx1iYou can dump it on a SD card (which I did), on a USB key, or by Wi-Fi (I don't recommend doing it by Wi-Fi.. it's REALLY long) Each time a part of the iso is ripped, put it on your computer, and put back your SD card/USB key in the Wii. After you ripped every part, use HJ split to put everything together. You'll have one big iso file. You don't need to scrub the iso at all. With ImgBurn, you just have to burn the ~8Gig iso file on a DVD+R. ImgBurn will tell you that there isn't enough place on your DVD, but hit continue. (For some reason ImgBurn won't let you continue with a DVD-R. that's why you have to use a DVD+R on your first try). A few minutes after you began, it'll say "burning seems to have failed. do you want to perform closing track anyways?" say Yes. You'll have a 4.7Gig iso file on your DVD+R. Rip this DVD on your computer (no need to do it with your Wii, cuz it's a DVD, not a Wii Game). You'll have a 4.7Gig iso file on your computer that you can burn on any kind of DVDs. and ALWAYS use WiiScrubber 1.21 when you change the files in your iso.

If i had a 32GB USB Storage Flashdrive to put in my wii would it be nessecary to rip the iso part by part?(which would be the standar split 512 right?) Im currectly ripping the iso now with the maximal split at 81XXMB. I actually think my problem with the iso from before was that it didnt create a dvd9 image at all, i was not using wiigators dvd ripper so im going to test that now. If this wont work either ill try DVD dump.

ok. when I tried to use my 8Gig USB key with the DVD Dumper, it didn't recognize it, so I used a SD card instead.

The speed on my usb isnt really worth it, takes 2.5 days to transfer the iso. hehe but its too late to stop it now. This application should make a dvd9 image, not sure if the usbgecko did the right job but we'll just see.
