I dragged the .dsp over it and a window popped up with text but disappeared very quickly. It also didn't create anything. |

Try using cmd, or a batch file. Tplx didn't work for me with drag 'n' drop, so I wrote a batch file.  |

Yeah use cmd.exe i always copy it into the folder that has any command programs in it. makes things eaisier
