Ill try to explain this in the best way that I can but it being... well me u probably won't understand my words so here goes.
U know the character images that u see when u hover over a character. at the character select screen, u know the character images u see in battle next to ur damge percent? Well basicly the files created in CUPASH replaces those images. So lets say u have my Cursed Knight CSP instead of selecting red and seeing a normal red meta knight, u will see an image of Cursed knight.
For usage check the html readme file in CUPASH it contains all the stuff u need to know

knowing u got errors most likley means I got them too lol. The way I fixed mine is I downloaded the thing again from the actual site and became a member and it worked like a charm. Okay heres wat I'll do instead. If you still have trouble Ill replace all my links with the rar files that will have all the files u need to replace or put in via Dynamic SD Loader.
Edit: I cant do that ull have to find out how to do it right srry
