Can you rename FitPerson03 to FitPerson02 and work the same?

I see people always giving out only pcs files. do you have to do something to it to make it pac or you just put it in and it's enough?

PCS is good enough for the most part. (Although, pcs also might make transforming characters work better...) Many characters can have their PCS's swapped between 00 01 02... etc but a few (pikachu for example) should stay with whatever the original was.
