A great tutorial I must say.
So when we're doing Stereo conversions for the songs, we change it to PCM 16-bit Stereo or leave the format as is , after we done the looping?

Don't change anything about the original song's format if you're doing stereo.

Alright good. So got it working but I'm a bit off with the loop. Still comparing it to the original.
Other that that thanks. It sure does save a lot of time.
edit: I think you mentioned in the video about how to speed up the song while it loops. I found a way.
Use F6 to speed up and then F4 to resume normally.

I have a question. Let's say I wanted to name a song in a different language. For example, Ike's Theme with this: ‰Î‰ÔŽU‚炵‚Ä I don't know if KittyCorp will show the Japanese letters, but how would I apply them in a Hex Editor? I tried, but I just get periods. EDIT: Knew it! KC wouldn't show the Japanese letters. In this video, you can find the Japanese word in the description. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwH1hPMyVZU

I'm not sure that you would be able to, at least without some additional modification.
Basic ASCII only goes to 127, extended up to 255 (FF) For Japanese characters... it would use an entirely different encoding system which would take up more space per character.
Got a japanese copy of brawl on hand? (Or at the very least, know of a file on the disk that would contain Japanese text)

I just downloaded a PAL one to hand out its own common5.pac. Back to being a filthy pirate. Anyway, are you saying that if I get the Japanese copy of Brawl, I can just use its text from there?

Double post.
My edit_info_en.pac is 1KB over than the original. I know it should be the same size, but if I went a character over, HxD would've popped up if I wanted to change the number of characters, I would say cancel, and retry with the right amount of character.
EDIT: Wtf, when I tried to redo everything, it gives me an error.

What is "it" that's giving you an error?
Thanks, keitaro.
