you should make a balck and white arrow im thinking of it, but i dont know how... Just do an effect hack,there's a guide somewhere on how to do it and I can give u the character effects for u to mod if u cant find them...I thought it was hard at 1st but in reality its easy... |

on the help boards just read every topic that has to do with effects as 1 of them has the guide and u need get SSBBarc which is also somewhere on the board...as for the characters effects I have the link if u want it...its just its been a while since I found those topics I dont know who made them....I would recommend just searching for keywords such as SSBBarc and Meowmix(his guide is the 1 I used)...
