So I edited all the textures in FitPit.pac and FitPitMotionEtc.pac, despite the two shieldflash ones. But that ring around his blade during side B still stays orange. Anyone having a clue where the texture for this effect is?

You will have to probably edit CLR0 files for it to work. Alot of people have have been needing knowledge on how to edit CLR0 files, i will write something up on it once im more familiar with it (G&W's CLR0 files have 2 colors in there, ive only been able to change multiple colors in a few CLR0 files)

hey Vile would an image converter work?.....I think there's a program which lets u change formats...
Edit:oops forgot to mention I have the same problem in that I made Samus' screw attack blue but it stays the same color...

No. CLR0 files are color files and the only known way to edit them is to get in there with a hex editor (I think it might be similar to the palette files [PLT0]).

So Vile... when is that guide coming? Or at least a little info on specific start / end markers to look for within the file.

I hardly work with CLR0 files and some of the time when i edit them like normal i get no change. I have only encountered CLR0 files controlling something in 3 different spots and that really depends on what you are editing. I might write something up on it when i know more on the subject, or at least to be able to edit the file successfully on every try.

Got a sample one you wouldn't mind sharing? I'd be willing to trade off any details I figure out.
(And depending on how they are kept in memory... it might be easier for me to toy around with them via my usb gecko)

I just want to make Samus' beam a different color....and even with a hex editor is it hard to edit them?
