Would I be able to make the .tga files work with CUPASH if I downloaded Gimp or something and re-index them?

Is it possible to do that with the files in the first post (or would I need to start from scratch)? I tried to index them to 72/32, but FF00FF kept changing to another color after the indexing.

How do you use CSPs? For the second costume the CSP number would be 5? I need some help using it.

I tried changing the wrong magenta to ff00ff, but apparently the index prevents me from using ff00ff...
