The same as every other picture, a tga. (And I don't believe that there are any indexed cape textures... so you don't have to worry about that) For the cape images... just make sure not to have anything in the border 2 pixels on any side, that causes it to stretch over the entire cape (unless... that is the effect you are going for). As for Metaknight... his cape image is embedded into the cape itself. Also... another small work in progress. For the most part, just an edge filter and a color swap... but my BlackN'Blue textures don't really have much else going for them... They just are meant to look cool. Well Im haveing trouble with it man the icon doesnt come out in game [can I give you some portrait pics and can you convert it for me some how to be palleted cause it says it isnt]

You jump around a lot topic wise, really hard to follow. You mentioned cape in the other post and now are on portrait files? AS for "not palleted" you must go to Image > Mode > Indexed this will allow you to set a max number of colors to use. --- This instruction is for GIMP but is really similar in photoshop, same Image menu at least. Also... a lazy work in progress. Mad World Ganon (Heh... I just can't stay on one idea too well this week)

CSPs? 72 is "perfect" (although possibly lower for characters like Sonic or Kirby) Anything else? ASH will mention it when you try create.

marth3 as in Marth's 3rd (as numbered by ASH) texture file? As far as I know... that one isn't meant to be indexed. --- Only +1/+2 are.
But if I'm wrong on numbering... I believe only Marth's eye needs to be indexed. Uhh... are you using photoshop? Marth's eye file currently can only be indexed "properly" with it.

Well... try saving your indexed files in photoshop only --- otherwise... it will cause more confusion than necessary. But well... I'm really at a loss on how to help ya.
