Okay, so I've started trying to effect hack in SSBB... Trying. I was doing fine, until the guide brought up this weird executable I've never even heard of, SSBBarc.exe. I looked through all of the hacking tools, and never found it, and after Google gives me a grand total of 2 results that are helpless, I'm compelled to finally ask; What is it, and where can I get it?
Yeah, I ate asking noob questions, so I'm milking it up with careful wording...

Alright, and one more thing I suppose I'll ask here, as opposed to making a whole new thread for one question; In step8, I have command prompt open, in the right folder, but if I try "SSBBinsert.exe FitLucario.pac -i 001.pac", it gives me an error saying it is not a recognized command. What am I doing wrong?
