I was making just a test copy to see if it worked, so the only things I changed in the ISO were the 5 final destination songs.

Dunno what to tell you. I did a burn yesterday that ended up replacing all of FD's songs, and the whole thing works fine. It's either a bad burn or you replaced something you shouldn't have.
Edit: Actually, if the Backup Launcher isn't even reading it, then I doubt it's a problem with the game. Is your Wii reading other disks?

I have a question. Are people trying to figure this out to work through an SD card? All this is quite confusing and I don't even have a modded wii... so just curious.

I don't think so. I'm fairly certain that streaming from flash memory (i.e. an SD card) is impossible anyway. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I need help. I managed to set it up and replace the song file (X04.brstm) but, it doesn't work ingame like, it's still Battlefield (I replaced it and it is a different file size, 1.60 MB) is there a minimum to how short the song can be, or what?
FYI, the song is about 1:45 and I am pretty sure I set it to looping, is it a problem if it has no looping? And if so, can someone tell me how to loop the song appropriately with GoldWave? I thought I was doing it right but, every time I run it through Start.bat and open the Length.txt it says "NOT LOOPED", why!?

There's no minimum or maximum length. You're not trying this with the SD Loader, are you? Maybe you replaced the wrong track. Extract X04.brstm from your modded ISO and test it in Winamp to make sure it's got the right song. Edit: As for the looping... You don't loop in Goldwave. You loop it with dspadpcm. Get Androu's tool here, makes it a lot easier.

Extract X04.brstm from your modded ISO and test it in Winamp to make sure it's got the right song. I'm trying this with the USB Loader, on my Flash Drive. I am 100% confident it is the right song even.

Since I'm guessing you won't see this now: As for the looping... You don't loop in Goldwave. You loop it with dspadpcm. Get Androu's tool here, makes it a lot easier. Well, I don't know what to tell you, except that you've got no reason to be confident if you haven't actually checked. You did something wrong; don't ignore possible solutions.

I just played it through WinAmp and it is indeed the song I am wanting to replace.
As for Androu's tool, I have it already. Whenever I make the file with it, it says it isn't looped. When I try to open dspadpcm.exe it just closes immediately. I use the Start.bat just fine though and makes the .brstm just fine. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong but I know I'm doing something wrong.

You don't open dspadpcm; you run it with command prompt.
Since you're using Androu's tool: did you copy the two files to System that needed to be copied? Are there any spaces in your file path?
